Inside Managed Services Support Specialist
The Inside Managed Services Support Specialist will work with CTSI’s Managed Services and Technical Consulting Group teams to provide comprehensive reporting and planning information for our Managed Services clients. The position will be responsible for generating, aggregating, and maintaining a wide variety of types of data, and presenting that data in a meaningful, logical, and visually appealing manner. The position will be responsible for keeping information on Managed Services clients updated and ready for presentation on a regular schedule.
Educational requirements: high school diploma, college degree preferred, Business/MIS related degree preferred
Certification requirements: none
Experience requirements: 2-4 years preferred
Basic skill requirements: reading, writing, and speaking English; oral communication ability; basic telephone skills; advanced working knowledge of computer industry; basic typing skills
Knowledge required: computer literate, strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing, knowledge of other related business software and its use in the overall office environment, intermediate to advanced hardware and software product knowledge, extensive working knowledge of computer industry, experience communicating with customers or clients and meeting their needs
Marketing Associate
The Marketing Associate will assist in the design and development of the company's overall marketing efforts. Responsibilities will include providing meaningful content for and assisting with the layout of the company's e-mail newsletter, promoting and positioning the company through strategic additions to the corporate web site, helping to manage and coordinate marketing opportunities with vendors and corporate partners, and assisting in the management of the company's social networking outlets. This individual will also be involved in suggesting, designing, and leading efforts to produce new other marketing materials.
Educational requirements: high school diploma, college experience preferred, pursuance of a Marketing or comparable degree preferred

Systems Specialist
MCSE/MCITP/MCTS for on-site and remote network support. We are looking for a qualified professional with excellent communication skills and experience providing computer support to the business community.

Detail-oriented professional responsible for assisting with maintaining Remote Operations Center (ROC) and related areas in addition to providing remote and telephone technical support for clients. Must have experience providing support to the business community.
Skill required: excellent communication skills, working knowledge of networking hardware and Windows operating systems.
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Customer Technician (desktop support)
We are looking for team players to provide desktop support in client/server environments utilizing telephone and remote applications as well as on-site workstation support for our varied client base.
Must have excellent communication skills and a desire to provide computer support to the business community.
MCTS or equivalent preferred. College degree or equivalent experience required.
